All surfaces to be recoated will be treated with a chlorine solution prior to power washing where algae/mildew is present. This process is to eradicate the growth of mildew and algae clinging to the surfaces. This solution contains chlorine/bleach and water. This solution will soak for a minimum of 30 minutes before power washing. Pressure clean all designated surfaces using a minimum of 3000 P.S.I. to remove dirt, chalk and loose paint.
