Smartcoat painted 7 buildings comprised of 4 stories and 378 units. Their attention to preparation was outstanding. Every walkway was covered as well as windows and doors. Their staff were professional and were easy to work with and accommodated us with little things. They did a punch list on their own before having the buildings director walk the building for any other concerns.

Smart coat painters did an excellent job painting my house. They pressure cleaned the roof and the rest of the house first and left it very clean ready for painting. Their painting skills are impeccable. I would absolutely recommend them. They followed everything that they agreed to do based on the HOA contract with them. We contracted Smart Coat Painting for our painting project in our complex of 388 homes. . They also did our driveways and pool area. What a spectacular job they did! As a board member, I appreciate their expertise, attention to detail, cleanliness, and pick up, and communication above all! Our project went off, so smoothly and pretty much within the timeframe that they projected. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Do not hesitate to use them.

We recently completed a major exterior and change in color and repainting project in our Condo Association..where I acted as the association's primary point of contact.
